LAST UPDATED AUGUST 2026

TOTH ("the desk", "we") is an execution desk that relays TradingView signals for pre-built futures systems into your own Tradovate account through PickMyTrade. Using the desk means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't create an account.

What the desk is, and isn't

TOTH is a signal-relay and record-keeping tool. It is not a broker or an investment adviser, and it never holds or custodies your funds. Orders route through PickMyTrade directly into the Tradovate account you connect. You own that account; you are responsible for it and for everything that happens in it, live or simulated.

Who can use it

TOTH is currently invite-only: creating an account requires a referral code from an existing member. There is no fee to use the desk and no billing is collected — if that changes, this page will change first. You must be of legal age to trade futures in your jurisdiction and to hold the brokerage account you connect.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give the desk and for keeping your login credentials to yourself. Your referral code is recorded once at signup and can't be changed. We can suspend or close an account that abuses the desk, shares invite codes in bad faith, or interferes with other members' data.

How execution works

A signal fires on TradingView, hits the desk, and is logged before anything is relayed. Every exit is sent as a close order — never a reversal or a new position, enforced on our side regardless of what the incoming signal says. ("Close" means the order only ever reduces a position to zero. It can never flip you from long to short.) Simulated ("SIM") activity never reaches a broker. Live ("LIVE") activity requires you to explicitly enable it and to have signed the trading disclosure first.

You can pause routing here, revoke the PickMyTrade connection, or flatten at your broker (close every open position at market) at any time. Any one of those stops new orders reaching your account.

Understand what that means mid-trade. Pausing routing or revoking the connection stops everything, including the exit on a position that is already open. If you stop the chain while a trade is running, the desk can no longer close it for you and doing so becomes your responsibility at the broker. If you want out of a live position, the safe order of operations is to flatten at your broker first and pause afterwards.

Risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Losses can exceed the amount deposited. Sizing tools, max-loss figures, and sim results shown on the desk are informational and hypothetical — they are not a promise of results, and simulated performance has inherent limitations that don't apply to live trading (no slippage model is perfect, no backfill is identical to a live fill). You decide what runs in your account and you carry the outcome.

No investment advice

Nothing on the desk — sizing suggestions, guardrails, strategy descriptions, performance ledgers — is personalized investment advice or a recommendation to trade any particular system or size. It is tooling that shows you what a system is doing before and after you decide to run it.

Availability

The desk is a small, actively developed product. We monitor uptime and alert on failures, but we don't promise the intake pipeline, relay, or dashboard will be available without interruption. If the chain breaks between TradingView and your broker, no new order reaches your account. Be aware of the other side of that: an outage while you hold an open position can also prevent the exit from being sent, which is why the flagship's stops are placed at the broker and why a broker-side daily loss limit is part of setup.

Limitation of liability

The desk is provided as-is by an individual operator rather than a registered business entity at this time. To the fullest extent the law allows, TOTH is not liable for trading losses, missed signals, relay failures, or any other damages arising from use of the desk. Where liability is nonetheless found to exist, total aggregate liability for all claims is capped at the amounts you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have paid nothing. No fees are collected, so in practice that cap is one hundred dollars.

In plain terms, separate from the clause above: the money in your brokerage account is yours to manage, and the desk is a tool rather than a guarantee. That is an explanation, not a limit on the rights you have under law.

How we make money, and where we don't

No fee is charged for the desk and no billing is collected. You should know that we earn a referral commission if you sign up to PickMyTrade through a link on this site. PickMyTrade is required for the desk to route orders, so that is a commercial relationship with a service you have to use, and you should weigh our recommendation of it accordingly. It costs you nothing extra and you are free to sign up to PickMyTrade directly instead.

We take no share of your trading profits, receive nothing from Tradovate or from your trading volume, and are not paid by anyone to route your orders in a particular way.

Changes

These terms may change — we'll update the date at the top when they do. Continuing to use the desk after a change means you accept the update.
